I See You Devil!

"Me, daddy, Takai, and mommy were outside on the front lawn at night time. Mommy caught SATAN in the bushes. He was a little neon pink person that reminded me of a highlighter. In the bushes, mommy tied a rope around his neck and he fell unconscious for a moment. Satan woke up and ran to the opposite side of the culdesac across from us. He had on roller skates and gave this laugh like “hegh hegh,” then tried to skate away, but a red pick up truck came zooming down the street and ran him over. The truck kept drifting around the culdesac leaving behind this pink goo that belonged to Satan. He was dead!"

My daughter Taraji had this dream a few weeks ago. All I could do was laugh because Satan is a loser. The bible says, "God laughs at him for he sees his day is coming"- Psalm 37. I think all of us in the body of Christ should get a chuckle out of Satan's foolishness, but we must not be ignorant of his schemes. My family is not the only family that the enemy is seeking to devour. He's looking to destroy your family, your finances, your health, your destiny, your trust in God and if you're not paying attention HE WILL. 

In the dream, Satan is trying to see how he can mess with my family. God "highlighted" Satan trying to hide in the bushes. I tied a rope around his neck. A neck can symbolize a strong will and stubbornness. Tying the rope around his neck symbolized me using my authority in Christ to stop the will or the plans of Satan against my family. Satan thought he was going to skate away, but the Lord who ALWAYS has the final say came in power, and authority (red pick up truck) and destroyed the works of the enemy.

My daughter drew a picture of what Satan looked like in the dream. She said he looked like a tiny little alien and his color reminded her of a neon pink highlighter. LOL!

I love the scripture below that's referencing the King of Babylon but is also referencing the spiritual king of Babylon who is Satan, and how he will be perceived at the time of his final demise. We won't be impressed that's for sure.

"Everyone there will stare at you and ask, Can this be the one who shook the earth and made the kingdoms of the world tremble?" - Isaiah 14:16

Right now, there's a lot going on in the earth all at the same time. This is a perfect opportunity for Satan to distract, aggravate, and deceive the body of Christ. People of God we must be vigilant and diligent about our stance against the enemy's schemes. Don’t be caught off guard. Satan's job is to bombard you with attacks great and small in order to wear you down. I know many of you are battle-weary and exhausted from standing your ground, fasting, praying, decreeing the promises of God, and declaring that Satan can not have what belongs to you. Don't stop! Take hold of your authority by clinging to His Word, meditating on it, and speaking it out loud. Ask God for strength to endure until the end. If God is for you who can be against you? Victory belongs to you!
